My Baby...cont.

Oh yeah! Sorry I forgot that I promised I would put pictures of my electronic baby on here. Yes, I did get a good grade. I got a B. My baby was so difficult though, but I was sad to give it back to the teacher. I thought it was so fun! And seriously?! That class is supposed to make you not want to get pregnant in high school. But it made a ton of us want babies even more. I did have fun in the class though, and I think it has paid off. At the beginning of the summer I got to help my aunt take care of her baby, and I think I was pretty good at it.

Final days with braces!

These are some of the only pictures that I took with my braces. I was so sad to get my braces off...I loved them! I am glad that I don't have them now though. It's just so much easier to take care of my teeth. I got them off clear back in April, but as you can tell, I am a blog slacker. I will blog more often, I promise!

My New Baby

Well tomorrow morning I get to go to school early to pick up my baby! Yep, I am taking parenting this year and I get a fake baby. I am so excited, I get a car seat and a diaper bag too. In math class, I have been helping another girl take care of her baby and it is so much fun. The downside is that I will have it all day on Saturday and I am going to an all day crop. Then I have to take it to church on Sunday, haha it sounds interesting. Then I have to take it back to the teacher on Monday morning :(
Um...I don't know how I am going to take a shower either, because it has to be with me all the time. I even get to take it in the car and there is a base with the car seat and everything. I sure hope I get a good grade on this project. Wish me luck, I will post pictures later!

Last Day of School ~8th Grade~

In the picture on the above: Heather, Shantel, Kelsie, Taylor, Hannah, Akela, Kevin, Cameron, Keith, Hannah, Chauncey, Kenyon, Oscar, Hailey, Jared, and Kenzy.
This was on the last day of school. I was so sad that school was actually over and that I was moving on to high school. We did so many activities on the last day of school. One of them was a giant rubberband. There was one person in each corner of it and we ran to the other side and bounced off. I had so much fun. In the picture on the left is my friend TayLinn. We had a big party after school and we burned up all of our school papers in a bon-fire. I had never done that before and I guess that it is a tradition for her and she does it every year. At her party we had a little pinata and you wouldn't believe how much candy came out of such a small ball. We put all of the candy on the trampoline and jumped with it. I laid under the tramp and I took picture of TayLinn and Mckenzie jumping. The pictures are so cool (they are at the bottom). I wish it was the last day of school all over again!

Slacker!

I have been such a slacker on my blog lately. Up until Saturday I have been with my dad for the summer. A few weeks ago on Friday night our family went to Salt Lake and stayed the weekend there. We went to a Real soccer game that night, and we stayed in a hotel. The next morning we just went swimming in the hotel pool.
On Monday we went to Cherry Hill and it was sooo fun. I had never been there before, but my step sisters had been there many times before. At Cherry Hill on one of the water slides called Cardiac Canyon there were some boys that wanted my step mom, Becky, to take pictures of them. She said, "Okay, but I am just going to give the pictures to my daughters." They asked who her daughters were and she pointed to us. Then they stayed on the slide and waited for us to come down and they helped us through the slide, because for those of you who have never been there, you get stuck a lot on that slide. We had a great time!
The week before we went to Salt Lake I got the chance to go to girls camp with my dad's ward and we went to Camp Cumorah. It was stake camp and WOW was it fun! We all got the chance to be princesses and we had the best leaders. We all got crowns and our ward camp theme was the Princess Cruise Lines. We had a blast and I am pretty sure that the leaders did too! We did secret sister, we went swimming, and we even had a luau. Wow! Sister Satterfield and Sister Treasure could really shake their hips while they were up in front of us doing their little hula dance. I think we all had a pretty awesome time (besides the fact that I got a really bad migraine on Wednesday night.)
Just last weekend I got to go to youth conference with my dad's ward also. I love my dad's ward they are so much fun. I am glad that I went because I got to know some of the guys in our ward and I only knew a few before. One of the guys that I got to know was Matt. He was pretty cool, and I learned quite a bit about him. Sometimes I wish that youth conference lasted a whole week instead of just over night.
Now I am back at my mom's house. Last night I slept over at Ashley's friend Kayla's house. Our plan was to stay up all night, but we went to sleep pretty early. We fell asleep during our movie which was, "He's Just Not That Into You". I wish I could of stayed up to watch the whole thing, but I was really tired. When we woke up this morning we all ate cookies for breakfast. Haha! Then we just hung around the house for a while. Later we went to some mexican restaurant called El Vaquero, or something like that. When we left there we went back to her house and rode her 4-wheelers. I was really scared, because Kayla went too fast for me. We also went on a rope swing and I went across and I ran into a tree. It was really funny and it reminded me of George of the Jungle. Later we got to play with cute little kittens! I love kittens; it was so much fun! Then we went home at about 5:00.
When we got home we went to our orthodontist's annual swim party. I found a friend from school there. His name is Kenyon. I had a lot of fun with him there, and he dared me to go off the diving board. I did...finally, and it was so scary. But he told me I had to keep going off. So I did and it ended up being really fun, so I am glad that he made me do it. I also had a lot of fun there. I have had a pretty fun summer...for the most part...

Connie Talbot

There is a little girl that my choir teacher told me to look up on YouTube. Her name is Connie Talbot and she was on Britains Got Talent two years ago. She is now 8 years old but most of her songs are from when she was 6. She has a beautiful voice and she already has an album. I listen to her all the time now. http://www.youtube.com or http://www.connietalbot.com

David Archuleta!

The David Archuleta Concert was so much fun! You have no idea, actually you do Lauren. Haha. I saw so many people that I knew there. Lesley Roy was his opening act and she was pretty cool. She sang five songs, and afterwards my mom and I went up and got autograph. While we were waiting up there in line we missed the first 3 songs from David Archuleta. We also bought Lesley Roys c.d. We got to the concert to wait in line at 2:45pm because we thought that the doors opened at 6:00pm. But they actually opened at 7:00pm and they didn't let us inside to go to the bathroom. So my mom, Ashley, and I had to walk to Leo's Place, a few blocks away. The whole time that we were at the concert we were standing, and after the concert we went to Wal-Mart. Twilight came out that night at exactly 12:01, actually I should say Saturday morning. So we had to wait at Wal-Mart for an hour and a half. My legs hurt sooo bad when I got home because we were practically standing for 8 hours and 15 minutes straight. Ouch! I had to sleep with a rice pack on my feet that night. So other than my ouchy feet it was so fun!

What a HOTTIE!!!

This is Lesley Roy, she was David's opening act.
Sorry this is a blurry picture.
